  1. Use these commands to select a particular DocViewer window.

  3. Collapses the levels of the current table of contents, or collection, or index.

  5. Expands all levels of the current table of contents, or collection, or index.

  7. Scrolls to the next reference in a multi-reference index entry.
  8.  
  9. Displays the index for the current document.

  11. Specifies how many levels of headings are shown in the table of contents.

  13. Closes windows that contain subcatalogs.
  14.  
  15. Displays the table of contents for the current document.
  16.  
  17. Use these commands to view the table of contents  and the index for a document.
  18.  
  19. Specifies whether the bookmarks list in the document window is in alphabetical or sequential order.

  21. Changes the name of a bookmark.
  22.  
  23. Removes a bookmark.
  24.  
  25. Places a named bookmark at the selection.
  26.  
  27. Use these commands to set, delete, and rename bookmarks in the document.

  31. Looks for a particular word or phrase using the document's index. This is faster than the Find command and can also look in documents other than the current one.
